Return & Exchange Policy

We offer easy returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Here's how it works:

  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

  • Non-returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized orders, and items purchased under special discounts are not eligible.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@thefleek.in with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping may be covered depending on the issue).

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll:

    • Send out the replacement (for exchanges), or

    • Process your refund/store credit (for returns) within 5–7 working days.
