TheFleek – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchange on eligible products.

Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:
• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Product should be in proper condition without damage

Exchange Charges
• Size Exchange: Small logistics/reshipping charges may apply
• Wrong or Damaged Product: Free exchange provided by TheFleek

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be shipped within 4–7 working days.

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
• Customised products (name/number print)
• Products purchased during special offers, clearance sales, or promotional discounts

Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer direct returns on normal orders.

Only exchange facility is available for eligible products.

Refunds are provided only in special or exceptional cases approved by our support team.

If a refund is approved:
• Logistics, payment gateway, and handling charges may be deducted
• Refund will be processed after product inspection
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing

Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Important Notes
• One order is eligible for only one-time exchange
• Incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may result in RTO (Return to Origin)
• In such cases, reshipping charges may apply
• TheFleek reserves the right to refuse exchange/refund requests if policy conditions are not met
