Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and/or Email.
Estimated delivery time:
• Metro Cities: 5-8 working days
• Other Locations: 8–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, operational delays, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
Non-Serviceable Areas
If your pincode is marked non-serviceable by our courier partners, we may contact you for an alternate address or pincode.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid phone number.
If an order is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Repeated failed delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery
then reshipping charges may apply.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, no additional payment is required at the time of delivery unless specifically informed otherwise.
